● Inspiring faculty members to undertake doctoral and post-doctoral endeavors across esteemed national and international institutions.

● Promoting faculty-driven research ventures in pivotal fields of science and engineering, buoyed by financial support from diverse national and international bodies.

● Pioneering uncharted territories of knowledge and translating them into practical actualization through a collective pursuit of high-caliber research endeavors.

● Nurturing an environment conducive to originality, augmented by comprehensive resources, propelling both faculty and students towards advanced studies and thriving research.

● Instituting Centers of Excellence specializing in pivotal domains.

● Establishing Incubation Centers as catalysts for kindling innovation and propelling startup initiatives.

● Engaging in Collaborative Research ventures with esteemed institutions like IIT, NIT, premier research laboratories, and industries ROLE OF THE R & D CELL:

● Stimulating and inspiring faculty members to propose applications for externally funded research and development initiatives.

·    Fostering interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary exploration, encompassing product conceptualization, design, and realization, as well as publications in globally recognized national and international journals.

●  Facilitating collaborations with researchers hailing from prestigious institutions, cultivating joint research ventures that address pivotal areas of national and international significance. 

●  Initiating and nurturing Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with industries and R & D bodies, fostering collaborative research and providing consultancy services

●  Conducting seminars, workshops, conferences, and training initiatives aimed at instilling a robust research ethos within the faculty.
